We provide London airport shuttle operation. We have been offering a personalised door to door transfer service between both London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports and central London hotels since 1992.

Our London airport transfer service includes full time airport representatives at each airport terminal to meet travellers from their flights. Our commitment to personal service means that our staff will not just direct clients to our designated bus stops, but will personally escort them and wait until the minibus departs, offering assistance with luggage if possible.

Once an inbound reservation has been confirmed, London airports shuttle guarantees to meet and transfer clients even if the flight is delayed or indeed rescheduled. Should reserved clients fail to make themselves known, our representatives will even arrange for announcements to be made in the appropriate terminal building to try and locate them.

london airport transfer Our vehicles seat up to 14 clients comfortably, have ample luggage space, have air-conditioning or forced air and are equipped with full (diagonal) seat belts throughout. ‘Door to door’ means that we deliver clients directly to their hotels and return them to the correct terminal building for their departing flight.

The vehicles will only visit the hotels required by the clients onboard, thereby saving unnecessary stops or delays. For the return journey, once the reservation has been confirmed, a seat is reserved for your client and the driver will enter the hotel, make himself known and assist with luggage.

Please note that you must book your shuttle more than 48 hours before arrival or departure.

*Please note that transfers from / to Gatwick airport are in conjunction with the Gatwick Express service. All passengers are personally escorted to the next available train by dot2 staff, who will also assist with boarding. After a 35 minute train journey to the centre of London, passengers will be met, on the train platform, by Dot2 staff who will escort them to the awaiting bus. The price indicated includes all the train ticket.
